The quarterly SNIB meeting is normally hosted by all branches within the region on a rotational basis. Meetings are held on a Saturday and usually start at 13:00 sharp.
SNIB branches are asked to submit a report one week prior to each meeting describing any relevant activity, within their branch, based on the action minutes from the previous meeting. Branches are also requested to provide details of meetings and events scheduled for the following 3 months.
SNIB officers are also requested to submit a short report on relevant activity within their own remit, based on the action minutes of the previous meeting.
